Terms and conditions of sale
(1) All items are for sale according to the groupings depicted in the webpages on this site. Rearrangement or recombination of items is not possible. Hence "part" purchases are not available. In other words, sets cannot be broken, nor can pairs, blocks, panes, or sheets be divided into individual stamps.
(2) No quantities are indicated because only single items are currently available. However, we will be updating our inventory in September 2015, at which time some items may become available in small quantities.
(3) All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP), excluding shipping costs. However, this does not mean that you have to pay for items in GBP.
(4) When you pay online by credit card or PayPal transfer, after first entering the confirmed-order GBP price (including shipping), you will be asked at the PayPal checkout if you prefer to pay in Pounds Sterling (GBP), Canadian Dollars (CAD), United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Japanese Yen (JPY). The choice may depend on where you live. PayPal will then calculate the amount you must pay in the currency of your choice.
(5) All sales are based on prices (plus shipping costs) quoted or calculated by us or by PayPal in any of the accepted currencies. Sales are not based on any customer-initiated calculations.
(6) Due to extremely limited quantities, all items must be ordered and confirmed before purchase. Do not send money until your order has been confirmed, and you have received a confirmed order quotation (including shipping cost) and confirmed order number.
(7) Payment can only be made via PayPal (credit card or money transfer).
(8) Please do not send cash. I accept no responsibility whatsoever for cash sent to me by mail. Sending cash by mail is illegal.
(9) The customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping from Canada to her/his postal address by first-class (air) mail. This cost will be clearly shown in the confirmed order quotation sent to you before purchase.
(10) All orders will normally be shipped by first-class unregistered (air) mail. Courier shipment is not available. If you wish the extra protection of registered mail, you must request it when you place your order.
(11) No order will be shipped until full payment (including shipping) has been received and confirmed by PayPal.
(12) NO REFUNDS. Because our items are offered at greatly reduced 'sale' prices, all sales are final. "On approval" sales cannot be accommodated. Returns, refunds, or replacements are not available.
